Of the forty V65's John has owned, this is the strongest all along the power band and seems to have an unusually powerful and relatively quiet engine. As a result, John will sell it for $3750 or preferably, keep riding it himself, striving (without much success) to keep it under the speed limit.
Very Clean - sliding aftermarket backrest - one of the smoothest quieter engines I've heard in a V65 - 116 horsepower. A real screamer!
This is a 1098cc 4-valve liquid cooled smooth riding V4 cruiser, with a 6 speed overdrive, (cruising at 75 mph is easy no to mention 105 mph). It has shaft drive, and a power range between 6000 and 9000 rpm with a degree of torque most rare, especially in a cruiser.
